@TheHowlingStorm- A much needed flying break.
@Snurple-the-Hedgehog- ssshhh, let her have this.
@Mopwop- I mean, I'd take you up on that, but author.
@Level44EnderShaman- After World I decided to just go "heck it" and have some fun with panel layouts again. What are normal panel layouts. The world may never know.

You know as a being of energy you would think that anything taken from her would eventually come back once enough time had passed for the energy to replenish. Maybe it's just an energy or chi block. In that case she should find an egokinetic (energy kinetic) to get her energy realigned.

@1337F0X: I thought that her Stalker was the one who was made of energy and they just happen to both be of races that are anthro. Niv please correct me if I am wrong.
Also if she is energy then her powers being stolen would be like removing polarity in part of her makeup in other words she would not recharge because said energy was completely and utterly removed to the point of a polar shift. It's much more like a Cybertronian Spark being messed with.
I mean Optimus Prime would lose his memory if he expelled the power of the Matrix of Leadership which is tied to his Spark. He would forget he was ever a Prime and revert to his memories of either Orion Pax or Optronix (Depends on what continuity we're talking about what Optimus was named before the Matrix chose him.)
Also yes I call Blair a Stalker cause really he is.

@plokman- I don't think I've heard that one before.
@1337F0X & @plokman- [ROLLS UP SLEEVES] OH BOY YOU ASKED FOR IT BUDDY PAL CHUM PAL BUDDY CHUM PAL CHUMS
ALRIGHT SO! Yes, Tibians are made of energy. Yes, both she and Blair are Tibian. But there are divergences - Tibians' energies are largely dependent on their powers. So Blair has "energy-energy" - think DBZ and stuff, beams and blasts and yadda yadda - while Két, pre-World , had "wind-energy" and "wall-energy". How these wind up being used is entirely dependent on the person so I won't go into detail, would be too complicated, but BASICALLY it functions like a glass of some form of liquid; the glass can be refilled but different liquids don't really gel too well - think water & oil. Trying to force a new type of energy that they aren't compatible with into them can actually be outright fatal; their bodies will violently reject it.
What happened in World was ... well, if it had been anyone but Sanctum involved, then maybe it would be possible for her to regain them by just waiting (bear in mind, it's hardly been more than a day or two in comic since this whole ordeal happened) for it to return. But this is Sanctum, who can "push" things, even when they're nothing more than an abstract concept. Going back to the glass of liquid metaphor; what Sanctum did was along the lines of taking a glass of water combined with orange juice and removing the juice. The glass now only contains water, and the orange juice won't magically return unless some outside force - likely with as broken a power as Sanctum's is - were to re-add it in. Sanctum "pushed" out the wind-energy, leaving only the wall-energy. The wind-energy was then "pushed" into Kokuei, who was later basically destroyed by RP!Két in order to save Comic!Két's life. Whether that energy is even still within Kokuei is up for debate, and even still the robot is in a location that is, for now, out of reach. It's not exactly a high concern on Két's priority list either - right now, the scarf and possibly getting stronger are the things she cares about.
TL;DR- Két wind's energy (and the capability to use it) was outright removed; getting it back would require a whole bunch of deus ex machina stuff and also reduce the impact of that event. Also Sanctum has one of the cheapest powers in the history of powers but WHAT ELSE IS NEW

@Shard: Ah I see. Girl I like that about you as a writer you like me think up every little thing about our characters and their worlds. Honestly I have so many things that explain things about Plokman. (My Misadventures incarnation in particular.)
I like to do as J.R.R. Tolken or The Rev. W. Awdry did for their creations and you really are in touch with that kind of thought process.
I guess it's one of the big reasons that we are good friends. We think alike in a few things. It's respect to a great writer and spriter.
