I had a feeling people were going to wonder why Erza just suddenly went, "Yeah no I'm totally cool with hearing you out, go ahead", so I took a moment to explain her thought process.
That being: Blair is strong. Absurd degrees of strong. It's hard to tell because he usually hides his energy, but when he starts actually fighting it tends to flow freely as he uses it in his attacks. Combine that with how he was fighting defensively until he and Két went on the offense to try and smack some sense into Erza, and the fact that he had such pinpoint control over his energy control... well, point being - Blair literally leveled a town when he first saw Két just to have the chance to meet her. But here in Fiore? The town was broken, not gone. People are still alive to have reported on what happened. Yes, things got wrecked. But they weren't utterly decimated like Blair is capable of doing.
Erza realized that during the fight. Blair is a destructive fighter, yes - but wasn't trying to break anything. His only aim once Két joined the fray was to subdue Erza so she'd be willing to listen. If Blair wanted - if he really wanted - he could have done much worse. But he didn't. And here we are.
